Atrox Tool?? Anyone get theirs yet?

ordered mine in the first round on 18/2.

its coming to a month now and even if i'm located overseas, it doesn't take that long. :(

Still nothin here yet either. Ordered 2/26 and added a bottle of linen cleaner. Sent an email yesterday and don't have a reply yet. Hope the slow delivery is because of the large number of initial orders otherwise I won't be a future customer.

i just got mine. it was ordered on feb 18th and shipped on mar 7th. in my opinion, that's slooow handling time and acceptable shipping time.

as for the quality of the product, i haven't had a chance to test the astonishing features, but the appearence seems a little cheap.

Wow, that's quite amazing really. Ordered mine feb 18th also and still nothing. Would be interesting to see the shipping date if and when I receive mine. It'll be a whole month this coming saturday.

Ordered 2/17/07 Emailed him on the 3rd of march and he stated they were shipped a week earlier and that international (canada) takes time. Here I am and still no tool unfortunatley. Very slow process time and I guess shipped economy. O well it is a new venture I guess. Freebies = slow time I guess.
Tough to find good service... I guess. He did respond quickly to my pm though. Sean

Well I find this thread of great interest, as I have been contemplating seeing the Artol Tool inperson at the BCA in May.

Hopefully one of the many vendors at the BCA Championship in Las Vegas will have the Artox Tool for sale, and be demonstrating it.

As I am very hesitant to purchase anything pool related unless it has a 100% SATISFACTION/Money Back GUARANTEE.

Reason being is I too was duped into purchasing a Ultimate Tip tool after reading a review on it. the Ultimate Tip TOOL IMHO does noting well, and is now replaced with the following.

Dime Willard

Black Tip Tapper

220 Sand Paper

Clean Dollar Bill

and last a Leather Burnisher

Just an FYI that I did get my stuff late last week.

I have not tried it out yet, so I can't comment on how it works.

Actually the quality isn't *bad*. I think a lot of us were just under the impression that it was metal, which it's not. It does seem to be very durable, as this is not just some cheap plastic thingy. I like how compact it is, too.

Again I think a lot of the timing is due to shipping, not slow processing. They call it snail mail for a reason!!!

First impressions are it feels very durable and well made. I like the compactness of it.

But to be honest I will probably only use the shaper and the tip pin. Haven't had a chance to try any of the free products yet but I will.

Would I have bought it if the free products weren't offered, probably not, especially at the price it sells for, but I have no need for a rail height measurement, a burnisher, a ding remover (not even going to try that one), or an Irish Linen Wrap Press.

If you plan on using or needing the other things the tool will do, then you may think the tool is priced right and just what you're looking for, but if you're like me, maybe another tool priced less that does the simple things you need would be a smarter move.

Just being honest and my humble opinion.
