Forgive me for psychoanalyzing but you are incredible. 
For a guy that makes so MANY light hearted threads and posts you sure become defensive to just as many light hearted posts about your threads. Most of your threads are in jest as much as the posts are in the threads you create. And I don't think that anyone wants your autograph! Creating threads in a jovial manner warrants posts for the same. Maybe YOU should get a grip! IMO

We all saw John miss a moderately easy 8 in the Texas Hold'Em. We all saw it.
We all know John is "Mr. 400" but then again, that was in practice. That's the reason why one of my many dream matches was John vs. Mr. Irving Crane in a race to 300 in a practice match. John can't beat hardly anyone in a real match.
John Schmidt has a beautiful flowing stroke and let's not forget that Mr. Earl "I never play straight pool" Strickland's highest run is 408.
So, Walt, ask for the 7 against John because you got game enough to hold your own.
John Schmidt did win the U.S. Open last year so I don't want to seem to be dumping on him. In fact, he won it convincingly but that's in the fast and loose game of 9 ball.
John Schmidt needs to do a big run for all the marble's when the title is on the line.
Let's remember that Mr. Irving Crane's 150 and out run against Joe Balsis in the 1966 U.S. Open was the final match! That's when it's for all the marbles. Lots of great straight pool players can run 150 and out in their sleep but only a handful in the history of the game have done it when it's for the championship.
John Schmidt's got a lot of weight on his shoulders and he looks like such a pretty boy.
Walt, if he beats you at pool I'll bet you could take him in a street fight!
