Sent my cue to have a shaft made(Meucci Cues ) that was over a YEAR & A HALF ago still haven't received my cue .Had to RETAIN AN ATTORNEYi would say even if your meucci needs warranty work.. dont send it back to meucci.. you would be better off paying ryan to fix it..
meucci has a bad reputation for fixing warranty work.. i found this out first hand..
Ryan does excellent work.. he is worth the money!
