i can understand that you are frustrated. it took me longer than expected to get my shaft as well. but when i did get it i got it with great customer service and an apology. i dont know what you do for a living but i will assume that you don't own your own buisness. i have ran into so many snags and problems starting my buisness that if i havnt been through it i would have believed it impossible. and my buisness is a part time hobby. Royces buisness is about a 100 times larger than mine and he has basically tried to go from nothing to full production in a few years. most companies get the luxury or steadily growing and expanding over years and years. given the huge demand that happened almost overnight Royce has not had that luxury. I think given the circumstances he is doing spectacular. i really think once you get an 0b 1 and play with it you will forget all about the wait.
