Auerbach Jump Break Cue

I wanted to get a custom made 60" jump break cue. CeeBee (Charley Bond) set me up with John Parker who makes Auerbach cues.

They came up with this 60" curly Koa design. I wasn't expecting much for the $325 shipped price but I was pleasantly surprised by this very clean looking cue that came in yesterday.

It's a very solid design - great for breaking and not a bad jumper either. John called me a few times to let me know the progress. It only took three weeks or so to get the cue, much faster than I expected.

The rings on my Auerbach look the same. John might have a few styles that he likes to use ready to go to save some time.

I'm also very impressed with his work and when I spoke to him a few weeks ago, he said he could complete a simple cue in 3 or 4 weeks. I guess he knows how to estimate his time.
