1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon minced garlic
pinch salt pinch white pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon white wine
1 teaspoon butter
5-8 large deviened shrimp
1 1/2 cups angel hair pasta

put butter, garlic, shrimp in pan simmer til shrimp are done.....
add heavy cream and white wine...simmer til sauce thickens....
add over pasta garnish with sprig of parsley(optional)
