Hawley's had 23 players show up for their first event with two weeks notice. A Thank You goes out to everyone for showing up. Some of the tables rolled on and off, but all the tables will be leveled before next months event. Robert clark and TJ Davis both lost their 2nd round matches leaving them in the same portion of the losers bracket. Robert Clark and TJ would both win their next match, and face each other next. Robert prevailed and would go on to win his next 6 matches including a double dip job in the finals. Congrats Robert and nice job.
Friday night was awesome their were two different ring games with 7 people in each. Each game paid out $140. However, that wasn't the main event. Zach got on the horn Friday and matched up two people for a 8 ahead $500 set. They went back and forth for about an hour, and then Matthew Cummings soared to victory with his monster break. Break after break Cummings was pocketing 2-4 balls and it was hard for the other player to recover. There was plenty of action on the 9 fts. both days so come on up next month and get in on the fun.
So guys if your interested in action next month come on up Friday night on the 12th and the tournament for next month is on the 13th.
