Austin/San Antonio rooms?

My two favorite places in San Antonio.

Bananas in SA. This is more of a serious players hall.

Fast Eddie’s Embassy Oak. More casual in my opinion but has league and a pretty lively crowd. The strip center this is in has good options all around it for food, movies and other bars if you’re want to hear live music or party.

I got to check out the embassy fast eddies last week, it was great! I'll put bananas next on my list. I am right in between SA and Austin so Skinny bobs is quite a drive but I plan on checking out their tournaments coming up in September I think.

There is a place in my town of Wimberley called "savages" that has two valley boxes that have brand new cloth that are pretty fun to play on, but its fun to drive a bit further to play on bigger tables.

I’ve actually been wanting to go through Wimberley but for other reasons. I hear they got nice antique shops, good restaurants and a fun vibe.

I’m going to Fredericksburg in two weeks for the same reason. Wimberley is next on my list.

Wimberley def has cool shops, it has been a long hidden bug out spot for musicians and such who became so cool in Austin they transcended and ended up in this little river town. Cali refuges (no offense) are changing the vibe a bit but its still cool. check out 'market days' for antique'n.
there are several small airstrips that were used a lot back on the seventies if you know what I'm sayin. attracted some interesting folks.

I’m all over that. I’m a huge live music fan.
