Authenticating a Mottey cue

Can anyone tell me how I might be able to authenticate a Paul Mottey all ebony Merry Widow cue. Everything about it reeks of Pauls work, rings, joint, shaft collars, Ect & I trust the person I got it from impeccably but there are no markings of any kind even under the bumper, could be under the leather wrap but i'm not that annal to do that! Iv'e heard that James White took over for Paul? Any info U can give me/ point me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Apparently he is running a pool hall back in PA. I haven't lived there in about 18 years though, so I don't know. When I left the Burgh he still had his shop. I am sure somebody here knows how to get in touch with him.

Breakers Billiards

The name of the pool hall is Breakers Billiards in Pittsburgh. Make sure you ask for Paul Sr. when you contact them, as his son Paul also works at the room.
