Well this cue looks familiar 
If i'm not mistaken, brand new Castillo Leather goods wrap, westinghouse micarta ferrule, Kamui Black Medium tip. Tip is 12mm, about maybe a 17" pro taper, but old wood shaft makes it not whippy, at all.
Unless this is a different cue, but it sure doesn't look like it ha ha.
At one hell of a deal! You can't go wrong with the seller either. GLWS!
