Awesome homemade tube shipping/protective cue case

I came across this on a German pool forum and thought it was pretty neat.

I wonder where I could get a tube like that... it would be a pretty fun project.

I think it's a bazooka tube.

It's not the exact same thing but look around at army surplus stores for mortar tubes and rocket tubes

The thought had crossed my mind once or twice for shipping and traveling. The airlines might take issue if you decided to check a mortar tube though.

its not a bazooka tube, it holds one arterlliary cartridge for some canon, its triple cool IMO.


I want one, Ralf can you get these???

Great shipping tube if you are not shipping to yourself in the event of traveleling is Home Depot get PVC tubing and caps

That's pretty funny and ranks right up there with the newspaper case. Once I had a guy show up at SBE and show me his case that he had made entirely of newspaper and duct tape. It worked and was fairly solid and protective.
