Axes cues

So...I have run across and picked up a couple of cues called Axes. They have a logo on the bottom that looks inlaid or cut in of 2 battle axes crossed, and says Axes on the bottom.

Does anyone know anything about these....are they junk, rare, rare junk?

Attached is a crappy pic of the logo.

They're cues made in Taiwan. I believe the company no longer exists.
Never owned one, but they're decent cues for the money.
They're generally quite affordable. A SW-knock off will set you back ~$150.
A lot of people in TW match their Axes butts to genuine SW shafts.

Nice....thanks for the info.....just when I thought I have seen it all...these cues come my way. In looking at the cue...the detail work on the, isn't bad at all....so probably not a bad thing to have...just nothing super special by any means.

Of all the cues you have these are the ones you want to know about lol. I want the engraved joss u have.

At least most of the others I know something about...these I just know have decent inlays and craftsmanship...was hoping were rare.

Reviving a 12 year old thread, but lol, I am trying to research AXES cues myself, and yeah, they must be pretty decent quality cues, that are super rare, because these AXES cues seem to go for a lot on the Chinese Marketplace. I seen one that sold for 4500 Yuan, which is like over $600, and this seller is asking 5500 Yuan for his AXES cue.

Anyways, that is about all I could find on these cues, but there does seem to be a market for them in Asia, and they are not cheap. Must have been pretty decent cues, but I have no idea.

I did a 3 year search on sold listings on ebay, and could not find a single AXES cue. So, maybe these cues are very rare. I could only find 1 AXES cue on the Chinese marketplace, and seller wants over $750 for it (current conversion rate, to USD).
