Anyone else see the article on the AZ front page about buying a table?

It looks like they have largely taken it from the Delta 13 people, but it is distressing that the #1 billiard site on the internet has posted an article that contains some obvious errors or omissions. For example:
1. They reproduce the "industry" room size chart, which we all know is too small.
2. They may no mention of used tables, which is a huge omission. If I were reading the article and knew nothing and only had $1,000 to spend, I would end up buying some MDF table, instead of looking for a used table and/or finding a good table mechanic to get me a used one. Or if I wanted a GC, I would be buying new rather than one of the great many used tables available for a couple of thousand.
3. The make reference to the Diamond "no excuse" financing program, which I think is only available to commercial establishments (I could be wrong about that one, though).
I'm sure other can list more.
I'm not saying the article is useless, and it does contain some decent information, but I think it should be revised. AZ can and should do better, IMO.
