Hey there guys! So i'm a relativity new player you could say and i'm in the market for a cue. The cue i currently have is a hand me down sneaky pete from a friend of mine. So i'm looking to go a head and get one of my own.
I'm aiming for about a 300-500 dollar price range, don't mind if it's a little over it's exactly what i want
So to help narrow this down here's a little list of things i like in a cue

I don't like inlays or splices really. I like just straight up plane jane with a pretty piece of wood. I'm not a fan of wraps unless it's an exotic, i liked the lizard one i tried.
If i had my perfect cue, it would look like the Leopard P3 from Predator or a Impregnated maple cue.
As far as the feel of the cue goes, i have a pretty soft hit. I don't mind some feed back but when i hit a ball, i want it to sound like a sharp "thunk"
Not like a harsh ping". 19.5 ounces and i don't like the weight to be in the back of the cue, it freaks me out lol.
The cue that was givin me also has a pretty small tip so i'd like to stay away from 13mm and keep close to my comfort zone
Is it best to a production cue like Predator?
Or go with a custom cue? I'm not sure which offers "more cue for the buck". And which cue makers would have the kind of hit i'm looking for?
