AZ Match-Ups You'd Like to See

Which members, what game, and what spot (if any) would you most like to see if all the AZ folks were together in a place with all the right equipment?

Personally, I'd dig seeing Fast Larry play SILENCER at 14.1, just to see what would happen.

Or SILENCER and Sarah R. playing any game for some dough. I wonder how the outcome might effect some of the posts around here, haha.

Otherwise, I'd be interested in seeing Zim, juston, and $bill play, just because I enjoy their posts and attitudes and bet I'd probably root for each one of em... Can't wait to see Don and Matt play (especially once Don's hand is in one piece, hehe) as well.

Oh, and King Cueball playing Efren (and peeing himself with glee) would be funny. :)
 
Get up a ring game, somewhere in the middle of the states, and have at it....I couldn't play with many of these guys, but would for sure go there to watch them play....I do think Fast Larry and Silencer would be a highlight. mike
 
yeah, a ring game would be entertaining. on the King Cueball thing, sorry, i forgot to say "IF efren came around here..."

one thing i forgot: we would HAVE to have a jumping contest so all the bickering and hype and such surrounding barton and instroke and bunjee could come to a rest ;)

Hey Toby, I'm in. Hand and all. I have been wanting to play some of these folks somewhere, sometime. I ain't got a lot of game, but I got a lot of heart. The most important thing to me is just plain having fun and meeting new people.

I'd like to see KC play the 5-ball ghost with a Meucci. :D
I'll play Don Purdy some one-hole even though I can barely spell one-hole.
Don will have to play with his Sledgehammer though. :p
Really, I'd like to see Jimmy M against Keith. That's a match!
 
with the sledge in break form or in jump form ;)
i'd play him even if he has to jump every shot, haha.

never seen keith play in person (only accu-stats), so that would be good. watching he and grady play 1P would be good. waiting on that video this week, actually (from 2003 DCC).
 
AZ match-ups ...

I can see a ring game with Keith, Earl, Pretty Boy, Grady, Alex and then Johnny Archer added for balance and speed of play! Would you watch? I'd guess its a blockbuster. Oh yeah, they must play with their own money!

One-Hole, what the hell is that? Joseph, you gotta show me how and we can play. What are the rules? Do you use a bowling ball with one hole? Play with a sledge. I haven't mentioned a sledge in a while. I seem to get slammed if I do, so I lay off. I would love to play with ya though. I would really like to get together with some of you guys sometime. Where you at man?

It'd be nice to get a bunch of us together and play some pool. I'd get to put some faces to names. Plus I'd definately learn something.

I would love to play someone for some pocket change. I'm not a big gambler, but I'll bet all day for small amounts. I'm in the middle of the States!! I live about 15 minutes from St. Louis and the ILLINOIS side of the river has some great places to play that have many tables. What if we held a tournament at "place X" then have two mini tourneys, one 9 ball and one 8 ball. The top "X" finishers play in a finals tourney. The finals could be both 8 and 9 ball, or something like that. Then if people wanted to match up afterwards they could play whatever for whatever. Or we could play a HUGE Round Robin 9 ball tourney race to X games/match.

Just another thought!
(Ohh, I'd like to see Blud and Pooltablemech match up!!!)

hi light, we could sell this puppy to ESPN, the two biggest mouths, ego's and A holes on the board finally square off, yo baby. Besides, I want a piece of his ass any way. I'll come for him, so he can't run and hide. I'll show in his home room in Queens, at Sang Lee's joint. I'll even play his best game, 3-cushion for 50 points on the main Verhoven or my game cribbage on a 9' pool table. We flip a coin to determine what game it is to be. If it's cribbage, I pick the table. This board is not big enough for both of us, only one can be the big bopper. This imposter trying to steal and copy my stick has to go. The loser agrees to put a sock in it and shut the F up.
If we play billiards we must use my set of ivory balls, they are perfect. If we play cribbage, we must use my hand selected set of Centinneals and my cue ball, a super pro aramith off the shelf.
The results of this match must be published on this forum. The loser must forever address the winner as yo da man oh great one.

I'll be in NYC for over a week, doing my teachings in the power source pool school in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Jersey.

Let's now have Bernie accept my challenge or move back to Poland where he came from. Let's now see how big a pair of cahoonies he has, he talks da talk, can Bernie walk da walk......

OK, boys, there is your first dream match up, now set up others like them at the upcoming Hopkins event, finding tables around there is no problem if you have some loose change to bribe people with.

Match em up, find out, whos for real, who's not. Who just talks da talk and who really walks da walk......
7 gets you 11 Bernie runs and hides like a dog. :D
If we sell tickets, I get 10% of the gate as I have the bigger name.

Im all for the tourney idea, I do not post much but enjoy reading all the bull$#$##! I would like to see if these guys can play as well as they post!

Well I play pool like a blind man drives a car but I'm always up for a good time.
