No doubt this information is posted somewhere, but I've been unable to find it.

1) How do I give an AZB member iTrader feedback. And,

2) Who can, and how can folks, give "Reputation" feedback.

Thanks in advance. I'm trying to learn to be a "good" AZBer!

Can't help with the itrader feedback but to give rep, there is a grey square, most likely under the name and avitar of the post you're reading on the left that has a blue horizontal line at the bottom. When you want to give rep to a poster, click it. You can give negative or positive rep this way.
 
Just a note 8ball on rep green is good,red is bad,purple (bluegray) is you must wait till the person has earned more rep to know unless they put a message.
 
A follow-up question

And a follow up: Is there any way to delete my membership at or change my user name?

I would really like to change my name and can't find a way to do that .... Or, any way to delete my membership and re-sign up.

Correct you must contact Mike the owner to do a name change.

A new question

So, I started this poll, about cue cases. But, when I set it up I obviously set to long a period for the poll to end. Everyone who WILL vote on the poll evidently HAS voted on the poll.

I tried to "edit" my post, but changing the end date was not an option.
