I would like to suggest that we permanently name the room "The Tom Ferry AZB Billiard Room" or "The Old Has Been Billiard Lounge" or something to that effect in his honor. It seems to me that this would be the right thing to do.

Hey ruk, we're definitely going to do something. Right now we're checking out all the ideas that people like yourself have put out there.

OHB is the person that named the room last yr. If we do end up putting his name in the title of the room, I still think we should keep what we already have simply because that was what he wanted it called.

RUK-man,
Great idea. I have already posted this (may have been lost in the ether, so pardon me), but it is probably a little premature to decide on things now. The main reason being that the ideas generated so far (yours included) just keep getting better.

I can tell you that the organizers are taking note of ALL the ideas posted so far. I can promise that we will do something (??some things??) appropriate to honor his memory. Keep the good ideas coming.

I think a dedication or memorial for both Tom and Lamar would be thoughtful, but renaming the room may confuse those who didn't know these gentlemen.
