Here is an interesting way to do business...
Send the wrong product and try to get out of giving the refund or return of merchandise...

My friend bought a case from ATAFA Sporting Goods (opentip.com), and they sent him the wrong one. It didn't even match the picture of the product purchased. He contacted the company to get a refund on wrong and damaged merchandise. This is how that company responded:

"This is what our warehouse said:
no mistake. the case is a little update compare to the picture, which took and cataloged a few year ago. as our website stated, some modified may happen after the picture. we can not update all picture all the time since we continuing improve the products.

Sorry it is a bit different. Can you keep the item with $5 discount?"

He did tell them that was not acceptable and is still waiting to get another response from them.

So, if you decide to buy from that merchant, please be aware they might try to pull a fast one again.

If I hear of any more on this one, I will update the info.

Not surprising

Many one-horse operations get on the net with a website, and think that is all there is to it, and don't realize that there is work involved in order to run their business on the net, same as in a real store.

It is best done and maintained by a professional in the field, and not someone's cousin that knows about computers some ..... LOL

I tried for months to get Silverfox to update their pictures of the BL-2 soft case after they redesigned the pockets to have a long pocket able to hold a jump butt for their retailers, and they would not do it, and still haven't, and all it would take is simply to email a file to them with the new picture of the case to their retailers.

I had an incident with Cuesotre.com. I ordered a particular weight cue and they called me and told me that they did not have that weight. So I said cool send me one a .5oz heavier. They sent me one 1.5oz heavier. Only offer they had was to give me a credit. Needless to say after $600 bucks I was pissed. Bad business I would say. And I will not order from them again.
