"Balabushka series" cue for sale -- Adam Helmstetter

Hello - going to sell my cue that I've had tucked in the closet for years. I bought this roughly 10 years ago but only used it a couple times. Perfectly straight and in perfect condition. Comes with a 2x4 Bentley case. Although it has the George Balabushka "signature", I don't know if Helmstetter, Adams or Japan-Adam manufactured this cue as I couldn't find it online. I don't believe this to belong to the LGB/GB line and I've no idea of the value. Please no flame responses as I know these cues are no way originals but licensed cues, possibly manufactured in Japan or USA and this does come with that "certificate of authenticity" that talks to the names of Balabushka and Helmstetter. Unless someone wants to make an offer, I'll list on ebay for a $50 starting price... that's probably a fair starting price. BlueBook has this to say about these cues.. "Currently Adam-Japan manufactures three lines of cues: Adam, Helmstetter, and the George Balabushka series. The Balabushka cues are made by Adam under license from the Balabushka family in designs similar to what George himself might have made before he passed on in 1975. If your cue has "George Balabushka" on the forearm, it was made by Adam-Japan. These cues are now distributed by Competition Sports Corp." Thanks for any responses on the history and please respond if you're interested in buying. I'm in NY.

feedback?

Guys, any advice if this cue along with the Bentley case is worth the $49 starting price at auction? Appreciate any feedback... thanks!

If you found it in the bluebook it should have a price.
It looks like an Adams Bushka.
Personally not in the market but wouldn't pay more than $75 with the case as both are not in a high demand.

Now as far as your post goes, I'm going out a limb to respond as you are a brand new member, will probably not come back and none of us take that too seriously.

You really need to read the sticky post in this forum for the rules as this post will probably get you red repped.

Good luck with your sale.

Welcome to AZ and I really hope you do get more information about your items in due time and they eventually sell. Regarding the bumping though, this board isn't as lax like many other forums. Here, the rule is one bump every 48 hours. It allows all other respective Buyers/Sellers get their fair turn to be on top or to stay on page 1. You also don't need to reply to my post as that's considered another way of bumping too, rather send me or anyone else a PM and I'm sure they'd be more than glad to help in any way they can.

Taemin
