i just recieved my custom cue. i sold my predator and i cannot shoot with this thing at all. ill probably have to buy a predator shaft for it. anyway, the balance point is a liitle to far back for my liking, is there any way i they can move it forward, and how much do you think it would cost? thank you, joey

Joey,
What did you get? I have heard there is an adjustment period, when switching to a Predator, so the opposite is probably true also. Really the only right answer is what feel right to you.
Good luck,

i got a jacoby. it hits real nice, but i ordered it with a 12.5 mm tip, and meanwhile i got used to my 12.75 predator. also, the balance seems farther back than my predator, making the shaft go side to side while stroking.
thakns again, joey

It is good you like the hit. What kind of joint does it have? What is the weight of it now? Did you look to see how big of a weight bolt it has? You may be able to go with no weight bolt, or a smaller one. That would be the easiest way to move the balance point forward. You would have a lighter cue though. Another, more expensive option would be to add weight up front and remove weight in the back to change the balance point while keeping the overall weght constant. I would suggest you contact Jacoby for this modification, if the weight bolt thing does not work for you.
