ball cleaner vs ball restorer

Aramith sells the latter for "very dirty" balls. Is there a significant difference between these products?

That's a very good question that I asked myself when I listed them in MY shop - I made myself believe that the restorer was ideal for OLDER balls, but it is difficult to discern why either product wouldn't do the same as each other!

... And now I'm REALLY confused!
