Ballstar cleaning liquid

So I am not a owner in the traditional sense but I do have a room that is open to the public so the table gets a lot of use. With that said I use the Ballstar cleaner. I use very little of the polish that it comes with and clean each ball with a microfiber cloth before putting balls back onto the table. I am seeing residue kinda staining the rails and an overall tint on the playing surface. Can anyone recommend a cleaning liquid that can not leave a residue but is still effective?

Something is not right. Over 20 years of using the green liquid and never a problem. Is the ball cleaner clean? Did someone use a detergent or substitute liquid? Can you post pictures of the cleaning pads.

The balls should not have to be wiped when they come out of the BallStar cleaner. Someone or something else is creating the problem.

Just my opinion.
