I know this is probably a strange scenario, but is there a three foul rule in bank pool?
Take this situation for example, you both need one ball. Your opponent just pocketed a ball in a straight in shot where it would spot and has corner hooked you. I know this rule for one pocket applies. Obviously I would consider taking a foul here in favor of selling out, but what happens here if we both go back and forth on fouls without shooting the ball out of the hole (I know this is not necessarily the best move). Does the three foul rule apply in short rack or full rack banks?
