Thank you for your kindness and loyalty to honoring my beloved late father. I wanted to let you know that his website BankingwiththeBeard.com is being updated right now and will read like an e-zine with monthly features(like player interviews) and fun stories plus a lot of media(photos, videos, magazine clippings, interviews) on Freddy that have not been shared yet.
The goal is to curate a site of my father's favorite things and the history of his world of pool from the 1950s-present. His stories are about as enjoyable as the stories others have of him and I will be sharing those as well. If you would like to contribute or be interviewed(podcast style) please private message me.
I have a newsletter for Freddy the Beard that is currently monthly but will be weekly in the future. If you would like to receive a copy via email, please private message me your email. I am going to post the older versions shortly. My father appreciated accuracy in pool, so for you Type A 'sticklers' out there, please keep in mind I'm a second hand reference and a writer, so I may not get it 100% every time.
Also, the merchandise is extremely popular and that will be expanded and updated later this summer once the website is up. I HOPE YOU WILL LIKE IT! It'll be fun!!! And educational!!! And dare I say, culturally important!
Again, my father took such great pleasure in connecting with all of you here on AZ Billiards Forum and I appreciate immensely your admiration and interest in his legacy. I am in your debt.
