Strange question: I played on a "bar billiards" table (the English pub game, about the size of a pinball machine) at a bar in Flagstaff in summer 2004. It's the only one I've ever seen in person. I had a recent email exchange with someone at Uptown Pubhouse (Uptown Billiards at the time) and he says he talked to the owner and it wasn't theirs. I was staying at the Grand Canyon International Hostel on the Southside, so it probably would've been nearby and definitely in town somewhere. Brews & Cues is a possibility, but that's just from my quick research on Google Maps, no hard evidence.
