Bar Box 9-Ball Break - Just a Thought

After years of playing matches and watching videos I have come to a conclusion about reading racks vs the break stroke and form.
A) Diamond Bar Table with Diamond Cue Ball= 80% reading the rack and 20% break stroke technique
B) Valley Bar Box with Coin Cue Ball= 80% break stroke and 20% reading the rack

The two tables are sooooo different that they require completely different approaches.

Thoughts...ideas?

Boycott Valley's every time I get a chance to... I'll even go to a tournament just to NOT Play on them and tell my friends why.

I do agree that breaking on a Diamond BB is more so about reading the rack. The smart table is a great bar box addition to the small family of BB's out there.

The Valleys I always like to say you gotta put a 9 foot stroke on a 7 foot table, and that can be said about the break too.

Making sure the rack is tight is more crucial on a Valley BB IMHO. And those side pockets suck!
