Bar League Update

Well my team has done great the last 10 weeks since we finally scaled back to 6 people instead of 10.

If we would have done it earlier we would have probably been in 1st place for the playoffs. However we are 2nd by about 29 points.

Thank you everyone for offering your advice when I was trying to decided what to do with my team about 10 weeks ago! It was greatly appreciated, and worked like a charm!

We played the first round of playoffs on Tuesday the 3rd and we crushed the 3rd place team.

Wed. night we have to face off against the 1st place team. If we win then we are off to the Championship against the Monday Division.

We played the 1st place team 3 times this season and we won 2 and lost 1. And this was even after they have brought in ringers twice!

So wish us luck!

We are gonna try

Well we are gonna try, their table sucks and that is the reason I wish we where 1st place and playing on our home table! LOL

Oh well, we have beat them twice on that table, so we are just going to do it again.

It was great to see the way my team played on Tuesday. They bared down and we played lights out pool that night. I haven't seen my team play that good all season. It is like the team reached another level of play. Last year that I played in this league I was on a different team, but we did the same thing once we hit the playoffs. We stepped up to another level, kind of like we were sleeping during the season. Like we were holding out so that nobody knew how good we where. LOL

I hope the 1st place team doesn't step up to another level! LOL

Anyway, we should do just fine. I will keep you all updated.
