The BAT is certainly not your regular ghost ball trainer. In fact it does not even use the ghost ball system, but the much more effective 3 cut system based on geometry. It is the same system that Allison learned.
With the ghost ball system the player actually doesn't take any information away from the experience. Once the ball is pocketed you have to basically start all over again, guessing where the "ghost ball" is on the table.
The BAT will help a player identify:
1) The actual contact point
2) The actual path the cue ball needs to take
3) The actual degree of the cut
4) The actual amount of the ball that is cut
5) The tangent path of the cue ball
The real benefit of the BAT is that by using it you will get knowledge that you can later apply in a real game, again and again.
