I had one just like this that I bought brand new for $150 in 1991. It was one of the best playing cues I ever had.

I have a friend that plays with one just like that one. It's his back up to the 4k monster ivory loaded Scruggs he normally plays with. That sneaky is a pretty good back up if you ask me
