This was a one piece cue converted by Mark Bear about four years ago for me.
I just had it refinished due to CA finish problems and had it rebalanced and weight adjusted by Mike Gulassy. He did a really nice job:thumbup2:
The one thing I forgot to mention the finish he has for shafts that he applied to the shaft for this cue. It's called "Shaft Freeze". It's the smoothest finish I've ever felt. This is an OB-1 shaft. If you ever come across a shaft with this finish, give it a try. I believe you'll be as impressed as I was. My two main playing cues have had their shafts treated with this finish.
