BCA event in las vegas

I was recently reading the Billiards Digest July issue, there was an article about the men and women in the BCA event! First off, I think we should congratulate Karen Corr for winning that event, hopefully she will be about to come out on top at the end of this year! Another thing that had caught my eye was Line Kjoersvik (I hope I spelt that right) she came in 5th place there! I don't believe I have heard of her doing so well! I knew she was i the top 20 but she came in 5th, she might be moving up into the top 16 soon! I think we should congratulate her on that being her highest ranking so far! Does anyone think it was just a one time thing? I think we will be seeing a lot of her soon, what about you?
 
Line is a great player in addition to a tallented singer. I also think we will se a lot of her in the future.
 
wow, really? I don't believe I have heard her sing before!
 
I first saw Line play at the Fall Classic at Amsterdam Billiards last year. Although her tournament results were nothing to write home about, she ended up running her first 100 in straight pool the day after the event. To me, this is proof that she's capable of much more then what she's currently posted. I'd have to agree with you, I think it's only a matter of time.

How do you get such good pic's without the flash?I always thought it would be too dark to see everything clearly.Any tip's would be appreciated.Thanks.:D
 
Thank you for your welcom Gremlin! I see you have a lot of pictures on hand! That is a nice picture of Line, and Jeannete also! I don't suppose you have one of her singing or dancing?

That picture is from the Super Billiard Expo isn't it? I remember watching one match in parrticular, Line vs Julie Kelly! Very good match, in the end Line came out on top with the win! I remember running up to her like a child asking for an autograph. LOL
