I dont know about APA, but, Jeanette Lee bought two from me not long ago, here in KC. She demanded for it to be used, while she gambled some 10-ball action. (and won ). George, her husband, also used a Magic Ball Rack gambling with Glenn Atwell. I was their neutral racker for about 13 hrs....fun to watch!
