In the Men's Open Singles I don't see all the results. This is missing, places 4th - 13th, three 17th places, two 25th places, seven 33rd places, etc

Can you see those finishes?

As far as I can see there are finishers missing in ALL the results.

Yes, they are missing some of the winners. Not sure why the list is incomplete, but I know of several that cashed and there name/place is not listed as a winner yet. I am sure this will be updated in the next week or so. I placed in a tie for 129 and mine was updated when I got home from Vegas.. Not sure why or how they go about updating.
