The new issue of BD has a great cover story on Stevie Moore.....and the main photo accompanying the article is fantastic!

Hope it's just my monitor, but the cover photo looks awful! The ones in the article are better. Hope I can get one by the coming weekend.

I think it's a great cover too. Is that your work Cuechick? You are an amazing photographer btw. I checked out your website a while ago.

Maybe. Looks very dark and I do have a problem with brightness that I've been working on for over a year, and it's still there.

It is backlite which is the effect I was going for. There is plenty of detail in the printed version. It is not for everyone but I was going for something a little edgy and added the red tone for the same reason. Personally I love b/w covers.
 
Sweet pic, I've seen Stevie play and what makes it most impressive is how his arm shakes and he still shoots straight...good player and focus for an article.

I honestly can't see it very well. I'm sure it will look better in person.
