Anyone know where to get a Bear cue. I have been hearing about them lately and wondering how much they cost and what they look like?

The production line out of Germany or Mark Bear custom cues?

I'm guessing these are the production not the Mark Bear's. Which ones do many of the pro's use? I really like that Mark Bear. Guess I better start saving.

Yes those are the production ones. I belive its these cues that are mentioned in the IPT thread as there popular cues over in europe and sponser quite a few pros.

But if it was my money i was spending i'd go Mark Bear rather than those Bear cues.

One thing to note if you are inquiring about Mark Bear.
He was set up at the SBE and much to my surprise he has some cues that sell for just under $1K.
I don't know about anyone else but I consider this to be an excellent value for a full spliced cue.

He's a nice guy to boot.

Hi,
I have a Bear cue (the production ones). They are the ones that I mentioned in the IPT cues thread. They are stunning to look at and play with in my opinion. They're produced by Falcon specifically for www.Dynamic-billard.de and then distributed throughout Europe. Apparently they have a non-competition clause that states that they can't be sold in North America where they'd compete more directly with Falcon cues though. The cues are used by a lot of the top pros here in the UK and throughout Europe. Go to the dynamic site and click shop and then "queues" (it's all in German) and pool. Then choose Bear from the drop down list at the top of the page. You can see the complete range (the range on www.americanpoolcues.com is 3 years out of date). They do make one-offs for some of their endorsees too- especially Francisco Bustamante of course. If anyone wants to talk about these cues feel free to PM me. Also an AZ member "The Diamond" knows all about Bear cues too- he's owned all of the ones made for Steve Knight at one point or another!

I only got mine a couple of months back and I love it to death.

Hope this helps,
Chris (Chrstc).
