The clarity of my statement obviates elaboration. As stated Joey, Ernie, Bill and Thomas have taken embellishment via CNC to the highest levels. I type SWblablabla because I don't know how to add it to my "signature". I also type like an APA skill level 1 so I don't mind the practice. Maybe, after a few years, I'll be able to got in the zone and use two hands. My ultimate goal is to be able to switch hands and gain a word P/min. If I develope my office skills I might be able to help out my ignorant, retired cue-pimp buddy grow his business. SW301-93 Many don't build them like G. SZAM did,do they??iconcue said:care to elaborate? pretty general statement that doesnt have a whole lot of meaning.
btw wouldnt it be easier to put the "sw301-93" in your signature instead of retyping it with every post?

I'm MUCH better at typing (see post #22) than I am at taking/posting pics. I do own and have been the only owner of the abovementioned Q. The points are p. fer. into coco. nose. Natural and grn laminates. Std ringwork with add "beauty" rings above and below the wrap. Three shafts (2 have the old yel mic fer). I played a lot and the Q has apprx a zillion "bimps" in the forearm. Good Q, doesn't dog it much. Oh well---somebody had to get the first one.FAST_N_LOOSE said:DO YOU OWN 301-9W? no offense but of course i wouldnt have asked if i felt your statement "obiviates elaboration".ribdoner said:The clarity of my statement obviates elaboration. As stated Joey, Ernie, Bill and Thomas have taken embellishment via CNC to the highest levels. SW301-93
NO offence intended or taken.I'm prone to circumlocution and I'm working hard to control it to spare others. I've been told by my cue-pimp buddy that it might be the first SW with cactus and ser#. You've got some REALLY neat cues!SW301-93iconcue said:no offense but of course i wouldnt have asked if i felt your statement "obiviates elaboration".
what about the sw reference? does that also "obiviate elaboration"? or can you explain it to an sw ignorant person like myself? is that perhaps the first serial numbered southwest cue?
Tried to reply to your PM about JW's pics. Your "box" is full. Pm your tel# and I'll give you a call. Regards SW301-93iconcue said:thanks for the compliment!
so which did he start in 1993? the serial number or the cactus?
didnt i read a post of yours that mentioned you collected searings as well?
The cactus and ser# began simultaneously on the first cue they shipped in 93. I've had 6or7 HOT SEARINGS but my cue-pimp buddy convinced me to sell (I guess he needed the commission proceeds). He has one on order ( Dennis has a $800 deposit) which Dennis started to spray before the 04 DCC. When this cue is finished he indicated I could get it by only paying 50% of his normal mark-up. I guess he feels some guilt about touting me to sell. SW301-93iconcue said:thanks for the compliment!
