Here a Lathe that was use in the early ninety. The Cuemakers were Benny and Joe. This lathe not a Porper, but sure look Homemade. Any idea of the cuemakers last names?

Thought I would share these pictures. Took at U.S. Open 9 Ball Tournament in Virginia, at Lake Wright Hotel.

It sure has some of the looks of the Porper.
I wonder if that 'Joe" was Joe Porper?

Not Porper!

This lathe was used by Benny Rienzi and Joe Blackburn. I wonder if Joe or Benny know what happen to this lathe or if it still been use.

Lathe pictures

In the early 90s i spent a week or so working with Benny at his shop I am almost 99 % sure it was Benny's lathe and I believe he still does some work from his shop at home. He does work for Danny Vegh setting up tables, and does swimming pools in the summer. I beleive that this is correct like i said not 100% but last i heard this was correct.
