Being "in stroke"

I recently shot the best i have ever shot on a pool table. I couldn't get over what it feels like to be that much in stroke. I describe it as a kind of separation from reality. People would be shouting out things across the room, loud music, Football games playing up on the big screens. Even with all of that going on, somehow i drown all of it out. it really is an amazing feeling. How would you guys describe being "in stroke"?

"in the zone"...a fantastic feeling that is all too rare for me. Enjoy it while you have it. Too bad it's not constant...

Hello Global,
Happy New Year to you and your family.
The answer to your question. Being in focus with lots of concentration, and in the hit zone! Welcome to the AZB family.
Many Regards,
Lock N Load.

Body and mind goes through a flux of performance throughout the day, week, years, etc... It is not possible for the whole system to function in synch at all times and at its best. Too many factors include the psychological components. Just enjoy the moment!

Enjoy the Moment?....Scratchin' my Head

Yeah right, now that he's gotten a taste of the ''real thing'' pool players think just the opposite, they want MORE....''how could you not''?
