This is an open 8-ball tournament that features a race to 6, no handicaps, double elimination, big calcutta and $35 entry fee. Open means anyone can play. Ladies play free in all open events.

All regular events are $1000 added prorated on 64 players.

Tournament tables are 14 Diamond bar boxes with Simonis 860HR cloth and Super Aramith Pro balls. Doors open at 10:00 am for free practice on the tournament tables until noon. Lights out & calcutta starts at noon. No practicing allowed on the tournament tables during the calcutta. First matches called immediately at the end of the calcutta.

The Carom Room offers free wireless internet. Ask Dave for the details.

First event of the new season! Great way to warm up for the High Rollers tourney the next weekend :thumbup:

Sounds like some good players down south hopefully some of them can make the trip to Beloit this season!

Unfortunately I will be unable to attend due to my work schedule. I've now set my sites on the Sept' 3rd event. Hope to see you guys then.
 
Starting up in August this season. Good start with 46 players and over $3,200 in the calcutta. With the $718 added by the Carom Room the total payout for this tourney is over $5,000!!

Zach Marquardt won the "hot seat" match over Gary Lutman. Also remaining are Rich Mager, Demi Jelatis & Tom McCluskey.
