Only 1 more "no masters" tournament after this one to get qualified for our "finals" events. You must have played in at least one event in order to be eligible to play in the finals. Please check out the flyer posted on the website (link above) for further details.

Just added a few more names...

If your name is on the list and you can't make the tourney you must call in advance!

It's filling up quickly... If you haven't played yet please make sure you get qualified for the "finals" by playing in one event.

Good idea posting the pre-paid names up here to get more people signed up early and not get closed out. There is a chance we might not be able to make it with the in-laws in town. We will let you know if we can't so we can sell our spots.

Actually I would like to buy the remaining open spots now, if you want to sign up you can bid on ebay for them. :grin-devilish:

Joe Klein

If I give you USPS Priority mail tracking info that was sent from Chicago today, will you add Joe Klein to your list?

With the increase in popularity of this "no master" series we have had to deal with a few unexpected issues. The tournament committee has met to come up with fair solutions.

-- paid entries are accepted in advance (phone calls will not reserve a spot)

-- a tournament list & a waiting list will be established of paid entries (first come, first served)

-- anyone who has a paid spot and chooses not to play will be refunded money (or applied to a future event)

-- anyone not present/checked-in by the end of the calcutta will be dropped from the tourney

-- the waiting list will be used to fill all unused or unfilled spots in the tourney

-- no "selling your spot" will be allowed

-- the "finals" events will be open to 128 players

Hope that helps ;)

Doors open at 10:00 am for free practice on the tournament tables. Calcutta starts at noon. No shooting/practicing on the tournament tables during the calcutta. First round is called immediately at the conclusion of the calcutta.

Based on calls we should have around 65 paid entries by Saturday. With the holidays again next week remember to get your entry paid early.

That's an excellent way to do it. Another good move to keep the touney going on a straight course.
The way it's going Dave's going to have get alot more diamond's, to keep up with the demand.
Merry Christmas !!!!!!!!

Updated entries... should get several more in person tomorrow at the open tourney.

If you want to play make sure to get that entry in asap.

If you are paid and can't make the tourney then let us know asap too.

We've had about 10 more paid entries today in person. I will add those names tomorrow evening. I'll try to update the mail entries every evening next week too. If we get more than 96 paid entries we will keep a waiting list of paid entries. As usual, first come, first served...

More updates today.

With the New Year holiday this week remember it's a short week for mailing. Get it in the mail tomorrow or show up early and get on the waiting list.

Looking at the weather forecast it seems we are in luck for the weekend!! Cool & clear Friday through Sunday with no expected precipitation at this time.

What are acceptable forms of payment? Can I send my entry for the January 23rd tournament anytime?
