Nice looking cue, but who is Ben Cooper and if he is a cue maker where is his shop located.

Good Luck with your sale

I believe Ben Cooper was and understudy of Whitey of Hurricane Cues in the greater Charleston, SC area. He went out on his own and made cues for a few years. I think he may have passed but I'm not sure so please don't quote me on that.

Hope this helps

Ben was a good friend of mine and made a great playing cue, I own a few of his cues. The forearm is most likely a prather and by the signature it was made at his shop in Goose Creek SC where he went sometime after Whiteys poolhall closed down. He passed in 2008 from lung cancer. If I had some cash laying around I would snatch this cue up. GL on the sale.
