So I finnally made a cue table diagram of the shots. Used to work on it 4 years ago and found it really helped. Has anyone else had success from this workout, and if so please share (maybe add in how you worked on it)...

I picked up something from just about every tape I have seen from Kinester, over all, my favorite instructor.

Shot makers work out, 9pointed star and the ladder are the 3 drills I practice the most. The shot makers specially when I'm trying to tune in or change something else on my fundamentals or preshot routine. I do it at least once a week.

I still have mine on VHS, I use to practice the shot where you just roll forward a bit, use to drive me insane, but great tapes learned allot from them, and I still have a working VCR in my house in case I ever want to watch them again.

Get someone to convert them to DVDs, tapes will not last well and wear out the more you use them. I have a ton of VHS tapes on DVD, and the DVDs on my computer, so I can watch them in any device or room, even streaming to my phone  Actually, check your PMs.

It can also be handy to just carry a tablet or smartphone with you to the pool room with the instructional videos.

No ones better!

I let someone convert my VHS to DVD and I never got the tapes back, cant find all the DVD's that got converted, but the 60Min work out is a great one..., not sure how easy he is to take lessons from, but he knows what he's talking about

Well, I practiced that shot just a few days ago and it drove me insane too. It looks simple: place the CB and OB aligned straight into the corner pocket, 4 diamonds away (appears he's using a 7ft table). Shoot hard with center ball, making the CB replace where the OB was sitting (it's not a stop shot).

It's in Bert's free videos:
