Has anybody had problems playing Bert Kinister DVD's? I just got a bunch of his DVD's they are not illegal copies. They do not play in my DVD player. The video quality is very poor when I watch them on my computer. He just uses a tripod with 1 fixed camera angle, with poor lighting. He seems to give good tips and lessons though. I am surprised at the price he charges for such poor quality work. Has anyone else had problems with his DVD's?

The older videos have a higher production value- with fade outs etc. I have had some trouble with the DVDs and just tried it in another player. If you call him he may have some advice/input for you.

I had problems w/ mine as well.

He is very good about trying to replace them but he kept saying it was my equipment although I had a new stuff. I just bit the bullet and had him send them to me on VHS.

I had trouble with mine and he sent me new ones with no problem.
Thanks again Bert.:-)

Which ones are they? You are welcome to try them here at my house to see if they are the discs. I have some of his DVD's and have not had any problems.

I live over off of 7th St. behind applebee's

Dvd's

Have Same Problems. Bought A Portable Dvd Player At Wal-mart $ 80, Works Great (durabrand). Now I Can Take With Me And Explain To Others What I'm Doing. Great Drills, But I Don't Care To Watch Beginners Shooting. Am Told Dvd's Are A Foremat Problem--won't Work On My Tv Player But Will On Computer.

Hey Scott. Do you play at Sidepockets in Blue Springs?

Yes I do.

Primarily on the big tables. I try to play every Sunday at the tourneys, and also run the handicapped straight pool league there.

bert's dvds

I have bought several of bert's dvds off of ebay from different sellers. I have had lots of trouble. I believe they are originals not copies. My dvd players and computers are all under two years old. Sometimes the dvds just lock up. I think he has a problem with his equipment not the other way around.
I heard bert's partner in harrisburg pa closed the billiards parlor and took off with the money. Has anyone heard this? If so, it too bad. Bert had all of his money tied up in that place.
