I have read, or should I say tried to understand some of the things I have found on the web and in books/videos I currently own. But what is the most easily presented and explicitly detailed book or video on multiple rail and seemingly simple kicks/banks. I hear "banking with the beard is good" Or I have heard good things about the :monk" video sets. I personally am a visual learner but a good detailed book will do. I have a 90% completed a binder of all progressive drills starting with simple stroke mechanics to shot making an posistion play, to multiple rail posistion shots. I have put it in the order of simplest to most difficult. But the one section I have not put in is kicking and kick safes. Yes it will be awhile before I reach the level of the most difficult portion of my practice drills, and yes Scott(Lee) I am working with the ones you tought me as well. But I want to have an arsenal of practice drills to work on or eventually work on for that matter.

You are right about Freddy the Beards "Banking with the Beard" book as it is great. Also Dr. Cues three video set "The Foundation for banking and Kicking" is an excellent purchase.Grady Mathews also has(or had) a video called "Only Kicks" which is great as well.

For some awesome free stuff right here at AZ Billiards, do a search for poster Deadaims "kicking Academy" parts 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 8.If you learn those prescribed kicking systems by Deadaim, you can become a kicking animal.:D

Also check out these links for some free kicking systems and available books:

Some people might never be a rack running machine, however, everyone is capable of being a decent kicker given a few days with these systems.

Thank you for that bit of info. I want to keep this post up here to see if anyone else has any opinions.

Buddy Hall's video "How do I win from Here" has some excellent kick safties and "the Pro Book" by Bob Henning has some illustrated pictures of kick safties, banks and kicks.

Nothing is more thorough than Dr. Cues "foundation for kicking and banking" ( 3 video tape series) to me that's the nuts.Add it to freddy the beards book on banking and anyone would be all set.

Thanks I remember running across Dr. Cues set on the web somewhere. I would have to look to find it. Unless any AZ's might know of it's where abouts.

Isn't Charley "the Hill Billy" (can't remember his real name) supposed to be coming out with a book called something like "I see what you don't"?

Jimmy Reids "Almost All I Know" is a 3 DVD set with DVD 1 and 2 almost nothing but but Bank, Kick and Diamond systems.

Seems to be well put together and it is very comprehensive

Thank you all. If anyone has a used set of any of these publications or videos please PM me.

It you can find Robert Love '89 book "the book of bank". A 30 pages total self - explained. Bebob Publication might be able to tell you more.
