best brunswick for conversion

Besides the titlist, what other brunswicks are true full splices and would make good conversions. I think some had painted on points while others were 2 separate woods that were spliced, either 4 point or butterfly. Thanks.
 
I've never heard of an old Brunswick with painted on points. There were some with butterfly points which were then spliced again with points. Some had the process repeated a couple of times.
 
I have some of the Brunswick "painted" house cues. I believe they were called Challengers; but I could be wrong. None of mine still have the stickers. They can be turned down into nice "old wood" shafts; if they are straight.
