Best cam for Facebook streaming?

I am running a tournament in December and want to have one TV table. Trying to find recommendations for the good usb webcam to set up.
I know this topic has been discussed before but all the posts I found in my search are a couple years old
I am going to use OBS software but not sure what webcam to use.
Any suggestions?
I don’t want to buy a DSLR cam.
 
I'm also interested in video streaming, but I think a modern smartphone will do a better job then a webcam.
 
Went to utube just the other day, typed in "q2n,reviews" cameras, been following the
Zoom product for while. There's a guy there, maybe a music instructor - has a band
also, who uses his band room for video test. He compares todays addiction with video
cameras ZOOM vs. goPro.
Zoom is a sound product getting in to video.

This q2n has the features unlike a gopro in the same price range of $160 @ B&H
designed & built more for our sport than the extreme sports.

Yes, todays phone puts you 2/3rds already into streaming.

Does F@^**%k let you stream copyrighted music?
Zoom has this new Frisbee looking thing where one could create your own music, at
least some kind of groove blues tune for that smooth shot. :)

...aside, for those interested, who stream 8 ball matches, I’m looking for matches
clear enough, with certainty, to see what the number/color of the ball pocketed,
in order, to make the call for 8 ball bingo, on the side.
It would be far removed from the actual event itself in the same meme as fantasy football is.
