Russian Magic Chalk...
Bumping this thread back from the dead!!!
I ordered a box of Russian Magic chalk just to try it out, and I think Magic Chalk is better than Blue Diamond. It seems to coat the tip better, which (for me) means it grabs the ball better.
I like Blue Diamond better than Master's chalk, but Russian Magic chalk is by far my favorite!
I've heard a few reports of Magic Chalk getting harder as you go past the paper on it, but I'm going to have to wait months before that happens. When and if it does, I'll report back.
