Best Cue Repairman in Canada?

Hi guys, I was just wondering if there was any Canadians out there who knew of a good repairman. I have a Scruggs sneaky that needs a new ferrule (preferably ivory) and I'm not big on sending repairs to the U.S. because my stuff always gets stuck at customs for weeks. I'm in Ontario so if there's anybody knows of someone in the area that would be great. Cheers, Brett.
