Where are you located? There is a thread on seyberts with some good recommendations if you are in the US. Seyberts, manningcues are a couple of the best.

I don't see a way to specify custom length on seybert's. And I mean is it gonna be more expensive for a custom length/diameter no matter where I buy?
I looked at the description on the partial shaft on seyberts and it is 30 inches so I think the easiest route would be to order the partial and ask for it to be turned down and with the joint you want .
I would send them an email with exactly what you want and let them tell you what your options are.

Yes, a 30" shaft will always be more expensive. I've been buying 30" predators for 10 years now, and they are usually a $30 to $40 premium or so. A smaller diameter will also be an add on and a higher price. It won't matter where you get it from.
