Best Tip on the Market - soft to medium

The last few years I have used the Kamikaze Elite Soft. The installer trims 1/3 off of the top so it plays more like a medium after a few days of play. It mushrooms very little but when it does I rub the tip back and forth on the table cloth right under the rail. This removes the mushroom and burnishes the side if the tip. The cue maker suggested this tip for me.

I just had a Moori med put on my playing cue on Friday night and no time on a table on Saturday before the tournament. It felt super hard and had a crisp hit and thought WTF and I was afraid to hit the CB. It cost me the 1st match and barely won my 2nd match. The 3rd match was no better and I left shaking my head. When I got home I hit some balls and said you stupid cue where were you earlier lol. The tip is fine and getting used to the hit/sound and not miscuing spinning or masseing the CB

play with these ones, I prefer them to the UltraSkin, they don't come harder fastly like the UltaSkin and cost $4 each, give a try!!
